Andriy and Ken helped us buy our new Prius plug in. Ken was knowledgeable, communicative, and helpful. There was no pressure and we made what we thought was a good deal for us and for Elk Grove Toyota; and he accepted! We don’t like messing around and wanted quick and easy. He passed us to Andriy, who was equally fantastic, to finish the sale. This is the second vehicle we’ve purchased there after shopping for best prices. The price is right, the people are great, and the transaction is smooth.

I had a great experience with Elk Grove Toyota. I expressed interest in a vehicle online, and was contacted shortly after. I was sent a walk around video of the vehicle, which was helpful. My salesman was Alex. Very nice guy. This was a way better experience than some other area Automall dealerships *cough cough Roseville cough*. I never felt pressured at all. The entire buying process was pretty smooth. It only took maybe 2-2.5 hours from when I arrived to when I left. Way better than the 4 hours I've spent with the vultures at the other Automall. Everyone that I dealt with was pleasant and friendly at Elk Grove Toyota. I would buy from them again.

First of all I give a 3.5 star because they are car salesman. I will start by saying that I did purchase the most sought after car, a Rav4 woodland. In today's market there is virtually no negotiating, especially when they have the goods. However there is a little room and although they sell for the MSRP sticker price they did add the $1595.00 handling fee that is another made up fee for profit. The MSRP has a profit margin built in and the real money is in the maintenance which is why they tried to up sale a extended warranty and other packages. We don't pay the money for a Toyota because they break, if you want to pay less buy a Ford and get a extra warranty. On their behalf, they are there to make money 💰 and they were for the most part honest and straight forward. Always remember buyer beware, do your homework before you go, know what you want and don't fall for pressure sales tactics. Don't be pressured, be ready to walk away. And remember you are the one paying for that beautiful building that crazy touch screen deck computer in the sales office and their pay checks.
