Great experience getting my new car here, everything was quick and easy. Ken Chow was amazing and helped me through the entire process. He’s very knowledgeable, kept me updated, and helped me get the car I wanted. Also sold my old car here and the team helped get me a great offer. Finance was straight to the point and did not take long either.

I love a service. The service of them was good. He told me every detail about the car and that’s what I wanted to hear how everything works inside of the car. He showed me that and he helped me a whole lot and I appreciate what he done for me and I really want to tell you guys thank you I’m very happy. I got the card that I wanted. I drove five hours to buy my car from Elk Grove Toyota. They are the most honest, upfront, and helpful dealership I have ever worked with, as evidenced by their refusal to mark up their vehicles. Julius Stewart was the salesperson I worked with, and he was incredibly kind, laid-back, and helpful throughout the entire process. He walked me through all components of the car, seamlessly navigated the paperwork, and was just a joy to be around. In finance, I worked with Nai Saechao who provided a detailed financial breakdown and overview of warranty packages I was interested in. Nai refused to offer me an additional package that could only be serviced through Elk Grove Toyota, as he recognized the inherent barrier of being five hours away. That needs to be stated again: the dealer did not try to sell a warranty package that wasn't in the customer's best interest. That’s the kind of integrity we all hope for when working with a dealership. Learning that numerous employees have worked at Elk Grove Toyota for over twenty years, one for more than forty years, speaks to the kind of place this is. In short, if you want to buy a car at a great price without having to mentally prepare for hours of negotiations or feel pressured, you should certainly come to Elk Grove Toyota.

Just bought my first new car from Elk Grove Toyota! I went everywhere, from the Lodi location to the Stockton location, and they didn’t have the make and model I wanted, but were pushy on getting me to buy something I didn’t want. Larry at Elk Grove Toyota was not like that at all. He was calm, and was able to find me exactly what I’ve been looking for to a T. He answered all of my questions and was just a great guy to spend the couple hour buying process with. The rest of the team there were great too from what I could tell. This dealership is fantastic, fair, and I couldn’t be happier with my new 4Runner!

Everyone from the front desk to the salesperson (Greg) and finance manager (Nai) were amazing! Greg even drove my rental car to return so I didn't have to make 2 trips- totally surpassed expectations :-)
