Age Requirements: Service customers must be at least 21 years old. Retail customers must be at least 25 years old.

Driving License Requirements: All drivers must provide a current and valid U.S. driver’s license. Driving permits are not accepted.

Insurance Requirements: All drivers must show proof of comprehensive and collision coverage that transfers to rental vehicles.

Card Payments: We do not accept cash deposits, only chipped cards. Credit or debit cards will be accepted from service customers. ONLY credit cards will be accepted from retail customers. The name on the card must match the name on the driver’s license of renter.

Deposits: There will be a minimum $25 deposit for service customers. Additional deposits will be taken depending on billing party and vehicle upgrades. Retail customers are required to deposit $200 above total.

Driving Limitations: Rental cars are limited to California with the exceptions of Reno, Tahoe, and Las Vegas.

Cleaning Fees: There will be a minimum $250 cleaning fee for returned vehicles with excessive dirty interiors (sand, mud, and trash), pet hair, or smoke.

Fuel: Customers are to return the rental with the same amount of gas they left with. A charge of $8.00 per gallon will be assessed to customers upon return.

Additional Drivers: Additional drivers must be present at the time of pick up. They must meet the same age and insurance qualifications as the primary driver. (Maximum of 2)

Customers are responsible for any vehicle damage or other costs while rental is in their possession and are expected to return rental vehicles in the same condition they received them.
