We were worrying it would take months to get the part. But he was able to get us one in a couple weeks and really took good care of us. The whole experience at this dealership was so much better than we have experienced at other dealerships we dealt with. All the employees were very helpful and kind and respectful. I like that it is so comfortable inside. I would appreciate having outside seating as my dog and I prefer fresh air and sunshine on days like yesterday (Jan. 28, ‘25). We walked around a bit and there are few places to walk to. All who I came into contact w/ were friendly and helpful. I always have a pleasant time.

So satisfied! Bought my RAV4 here and keep up on maintenance via the service plan. I had an issue recently with a constant squeaky sound in the rear of the vehicle. The sound went on for three weeks before I couldn’t take it anymore. Kane went above & beyond to help identify the problem! We did a test drive so I could point out the noise, he showed the issue to the repair guy, and then I test-drove the car upon pickup. (Turns out the spare tire parts had become a bit loose.)
