Keys work great. The man who helped me could not have been more informative, kind, patient, and laughed at my jokes. He even surprised me with a car wash!! I had a pleasant wait in the store and waiting area. If I coukdcremember his name, I woukd tell you. My memory for names is terrible. I wouldvliterally look for him to help me again. ALL your people are nice. He was outstanding.

I have an older Toyota and have always heard negative feedback about going to Dealership and cost for repair. I’ve had two very random repairs within a few months of each other. One being a seatbelt issue, so I had to go to the dealership. I ended up coming back because I had the best experience at Elk Grove Toyota. Primal my advisor both times was extremely kind and empathetic to my situation and explained everything so thoroughly. Worked with me where he could. Paula on the phones also wonderful. I called around to the other one nearby and almost didn’t call Elk Grove location because I didn’t have a great experience with whomever I spoke to. Car problems are extremely stressful and how you speak to a person in that state matters. I’m so glad I ended up here.. They made some really stressful situations a bit lighter.

Last month in mid august I made my biggest purchase of the year. My experience with this dealership was awesome especially a BONUS because of the people who worked with me into getting my new car. All the workers there were really nice and friendly. Tajh was my sales & leasing consultant. Tajh was able to help me get the best deal + family discounts. He went out his way to help get me approved for this car. After making my first purchase about 2 weeks in or so , I received a thank you letter from him which I thought it was really thoughtful from him.. This is my first experience buying a car and was my best experience. I recommend him a lot if you go to this dealership. He is very approachable and kind.
