This place puts my dealership at home to shame. It is run so efficiently from drive in to drive out. Granted this is so much busier and larger. Really a pleasure. Normal service in less than 1.5 hours. They even noticed my fob battery was low and replaced it for $7. Unless I'm mistaken, whole service was much less expensive ($52)...than my dealership charges!

We had to wait for months to get the car we wanted (they are hard to get!), but Regina kept us updated. At delivery there was a slight mixup with paperwork but that was easily and efficiently resolved. I scheduled an appointment at this location specifically for a simple oil change, as instructed over the phone to proceed to the express lanes. Upon arrival, Guadalupe, the service advisor, informed me that I was too early for an oil change and that they had only planned to perform a tire rotation, something I never requested and immediately declined as it made no sense.
