The sales reps took lots of time to answer all of our questions, knew their product and made us feel very confident we were being well take care of. I have a 2019 Toyota Camry SE. I had another vehicle stop in the middle of the road for no apparent reason and back into the front of my vehicle, denting my front license plate and plate holder, the grill and damaging the distance sensor behind the plate holder. Elk Grove Toyota body shop did an excellent job in replacing my plate holder, licensing plate and replacing and calibrating the distance sensor device.
