Elk Grove Toyota has such a good service department. From the person who greets you in line, to the one who writes up your order, to the mechanics, to the the parts department, to the cashier service is their first priority. They service ad/or repair my car with accuracy and efficiency every time I use their facility. The staff is very courteous courteous, and the waiting areas are super comfortable. What more can I say? Buy from Elk Grove Toyota, and have your vehicle serviced there.

Excellent service.For my recalled service of Toyota my vehicle was picked up from my house and dropped after service.I did not work with any employee.The only person I worked with was Mr Dave and he did excellent job.
Thank you for doing very fast job on Oil change for my Lexus ES 350 2007 . I paid about $44 labor and parts . But be careful with free quick car wash since it might leaves Scratches on the car .
Elk Grove Toyota did a fantastic job in serving my needs of getting my Siana Van. Fred Daniels is the best service manager and took care of my needs very fairly. I have been using Fred Daniels since 1986. Toyota provided me with a Lyft ride which was very convenient for me.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else to get under my hood but Elk Grove Toyota Service Department. My Tacoma is 11 years old and it drives like a dream.
I've bought two cars from there and had excellent service both times. Patient salespeople and knowledgeable and friendly parts and rental staff! I'm happy that you are still open during this coronavirus pandemic, but feel your employees should receive hazard pay during this time. Safeway, Smart and Final, Pepsi, Big Lots and many other local businesses are paying their employees an additional $2 an hour during this time. It's a small gesture for putting your essential employees and their families' health at risk during this crisis. How about the car industry follow their example??
Staff were friendly and efficient however, one disappointment is that the plastic and paper protection in the driver’s seat was not disposed of. It just was left sitting on the driver’s seat not even straightened out
I drove over 2 hours from Sonoma County to purchase a new Toyota Tacoma 4X4 for one of my salesmen because the price made it worth it. Once I arrived, they had the truck ready to go and I don't think it took more than 90 minutes to get the paperwork done and go over all of the features of the truck.
