Came in to reserve a car, reserved it, however on the purchase date the electronic paperwork despite going through, didn’t go through on the manager’s end, so we left. Came back two days later, however this time since everything was already saved, took a lot less time than expected. No dealer markups and the feeling that the dealership is trying to scam you just isn’t there. My service consultant was Kane Bui. He was very friendly and easy going. I sent my car in for service. There are 2 recalls on my vehicle. Kane explained to me how long the process usually takes. (It only took a day) He sent me the invoice after the service on my car.. along with all other mechanical issues with my car informing me that I am not obligated to get it fixed, but he's obligated to inform me.

Bought my 2024 Prius from them. No mark ups. Another dealer lied to me saying “all dealers have mark ups, mine is the lowest, 3000”. Elk Grove Toyota doesn’t have mark ups. I have done 3 vehicle services at their shop. Always good. Clean and large waiting area with free coffee. Staffs are friendly too.
