Took my Prius Prime from Carvana in for a pre-purchase inspection at the service department. Initially some confusion between the express service center and the main building for the service I wanted, but Paula was super helpful on the phone and got it ironed out and resolved same-day. They did a nice job inspecting the vehicle and communicating, didn’t try to upsell me on anything. All representatives I spoke with were respectful and friendly which is what I love to see in a service department. Straightforward and easy. I’d feel comfortable bringing my business here again.
