Great experience. Car salesman Bill Gann was the most down to earth person I have ever dealt with as a salesman. No pressure, no in your face gotta buy now attitude, just a friendly guy. This is our 3 rd Sequoia from this dealership and 5 th Toyota. WYSIWYG on the sticker so no 3 or 4 hour price haggling. We were in and out in 1.5 hours. Even the finance guy, Nai, was great.

Good check in tools, ok pricing. Was disappointed at first that there was a miscommunication on the included services for basic maintenance but A Xiong took care of it and went above and beyond.
I went in for routine maintenance and a problem was found. I needed a replacement of the CV boot(?). I then went home and the car was taken care of by Max my service rep. He was very pleasant and efficient. I asked that my car be washed but I did not want it to be left to dry as Elk Grove water will literally ruin the paint leaving white spots that will NOT rub out. Car buying experiences are often financially painful and stressful because consumers fear being taken advantage of by the car dealer. Our experience with Elk Grove Toyota was the least stressful experience we have had in buying a car. The sales team was respectful, patient and gave reasonable explanations to our “deal” concerns. There was still the upsell of warranties and maintenance packages but our choice of acceptance and decline was not met with the doom prediction of “what if.” The next Toyota I buy will be through Elk Grove Toyota.

I was presented with a financially prudent two year extended service plan. The service took less time than what was quoted. I was informed of a recall coming up and with a free car was out the door with time to spare and money left in my pocket.
This is the best Toyota dealership I’ve ever had my vehicle serviced at. And it’s because of the great group of professionals working at this location.
Everyone who works there was very friendly and professional!! But I had a 9:30am appointment which I came in at 9:15 and my car wasn’t ready till 12:15. So does an appointment even matter if it takes that long for a standard oil change and tire rotation? Seems very long when I was originally told 1 hour. Maybe figure out a better way for walk ins and those who make appointments.

Great for oil change. There are a lot of places to sit and wait from lounges to private rooms, and cubicles for those who want privacy. Time flies so fast because the waiting area was so comfortable.
