We are actively seeking an experienced Payroll and Human Resource Specialist who has the ability to work independently on multiple assigned tasks/projects and complete assignments within specified deadlines. We are looking for someone who is capable of communicating effectively verbally and in writing with others. Overall responsibility for all HR functions, including employee relations, new hires/terminations, implementation and administration of human resources programs and employee policies, compensation and benefits administration, leave of absences, personnel record-keeping, workers compensation and safety issues, and compliance with the HR laws and regulations.    Would like to find someone (but not necessary) with Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds computer program.
