3/31/2011 Before I moved back to California I had a great Toyota Dealership in Charlotte NC (Town & Country Toyota). I met Martin before I moved to NC several years ago so when a mutual friend mentioned where he worked now I called him, hoping that Elk Grove Toyota would be comparable, even though I didn't buy my 4-Runner from them. I have now had the car serviced there 3 times, twice for Express Service and once for a major service, and have been very pleasantly surprised by the willingness of everyone I came in contact with to make sure I had the best possible experience. The best part was that the cost and the time were always less than the estimate!

3/29/2011 This has been such a great car buying experience! I just had to share it. from Long Troung the sales representive, to Chris Her in Finance and today John Thorpe to finishe the loose ends that could not be done on a Sunday! Wow all these people were so polite and helpful throughout the a stressful and tiresome process. I want to share why it was so tough. My husband and I had to go to a memorial service and then to the car dealer to trade-in our car and then pick up the new one.
When we got to the dealership at 4:45p.m. we discovered that we had grabbed the wrong pink slip! Ugh; the dealership is 50 miles away from our city! when we told Long and Chris they said no problem just come back tomorrow when you can and bring it. When I arrived on Monday the 28th or March with pink slip and cashiers check; Chris Her had the day off and John Thorpe stepped right in and took me to all the right departments to get all that needed to be done. Their fast and efficent service was great I was in and out of there in about 35 minutes. I sincerely thank the staff at Elk Grove Toyota. Hurray for you for giving such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

3/29/2011 Service department was very helpful. Martin was helpful in directing me to the area and with questions on services, costs, etc. Oil changes are very easy, in and out, coffee area, nice TV and set up of the area. Very polite employees and I didn't feel pressured on costs or purchasing.

Overall experience at the dealership was fantastic - very open, non-pressured environment but always had people to assist if needed. 3/28/2011 This dealership (fleet salesrep) was very friendly and courteous. The negotiations went smooth. The finance person was nice and friendly. The peron in customer relations explained the process of bluetooth and the gps in a fairly simple way to understand. This is a good place to do business.

3/27/2011 I have been bringing my 2006 Prius in to Elk Grove Toyota for almost 5 years now and they have always been terrific. What I want to especially note is the EXCELLENT customer service we received March 26th 2011 from one of the service support staff, Ma.
For reasons relating to communicating with Toyota Motors about the Prius headlights, we needed a list of all the times we had had specific work done on our car. Ma went the extra mile and provided us with not only a list of date and general service we had had done, but also printed out the specific info we needed to share with Toyota Motors. This simplified our problem immensely.
I now live quite a distance from Elk Grove Toyota, but it is still the only place I will go for service to my Prius. I have tried other Toyota dealers closer to my home in Natomas, but none provide the same enthusiasm and professionalism I have experienced every time I have brought my Prius in to Elk Grove Toyota.
Now if only they also fixed Subarus!

3/25/2011 Martin is by far one of the best customer service representatives I have had the pleasure to work with in all of the years that I have purchased vehicles. Martin is professional, very competent, understanding, and exceedingly helpful. I had several questions about the navigation system on my new vehicle and Martin patiently listened and answered all my questions and even anticipated other questions I might not have formulated myself. My friend, June Tanner, has spoken so highly of Martin and the service at Elk Grove Toyota, now I know exactly what she was talking about. Martin is amazing.
