    A little about myself, I have been in the automotive industry for 16+ years, 11 of those with Toyota. I chose Toyota because of their commitment to Quality, Dependabilty, and Reliabilty. As far as my personal life I have been happily married for 21 years. I have 1 beautiful daughter (she took after her mother lol) and I enjoy all outdoor activities. And on an ending note my department and I take enormous pride in making your auto buying experience a very low pressure ENJOYABLE experience.     I started my career with Toyota in 1986 when I joined the fleet department at Toyota Central in downtown Los Angeles.  During my time there, I learned from a gentleman who would end up the number 2 salesperson in the country. I took that experience with me when I was hired at Longo Toyota in El Monte, the number 1 Toyota dealership in the USA.

     

    I was fortunate enough to be hired at Florin Road Toyota during the summer of 1991 and I relocated to northern California.  The attitude of our store is to "under promise and over deliver" I treat all of my customers whether it be new, repeat or referral, (many of whom are still in southern California) the same way.  I strive to make it the best possible experience for our customers, before, during and after the sale.

     

    Part of that comes from having a family of employees that have been here as long as or longer than I. It is actually easier than it sounds because we have such a great team.

     

    When I'm not here, I enjoy reading, detailing cars, and riding my beach cruiser along the American river. I try very hard not to crash it.

I have been in the business for 15 year the last 8 with Toyota! It took me longer than most to realize that all roads lead Toyota. I  love my job!  Our owner is a customer first kind of guy.      My name is Willie Wilkerson. I am originally from Palo Alto Ca; however I relocated to Elk Grove in 1998. I am a proud father of three amazing children. I have worked in the automotive industry 16 years. I started my career as a salesman at Frontier Ford in Santa Clara; CA. My experience includes the following: Finance Manager, Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Manager. I've spent the majority of my automotive career in management representing luxury brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Lexus and Audi. I believe that quality and customer service is paramount and that is why I made the decision to join the team here at Elk Grove Toyota.

    My name is Leslie Riola and I am a Customer Relations Representative here at Elk Grove Toyota.  I have been with the dealership for two years.  I specialize in delivering new vehicles to our customers once they have completed the purchasing process.  I am an expert on our product line up and assist customers with learning all the features in their new Toyota.  I am also available to assist our customers anytime following delivery with any questions or concerns that they may have.

    Now that you know a little bit about what I do here at Elk Grove Toyota I'd like to share a little of what I do outside of work.  I am an avid sports fan and enjoy watching the San Francisco Giants and the 49rs.  I also enjoy spending time with family and friends and the awsome people here at Elk Grove Toyota.
