    My name is Karen Rowe and I am the Finance Director here at Elk Grove Toyota-Scion.  I started with the company back in July of 1984.  I started as an assistant to the Finance Director and then was promoted to a Finance Manager position.  I was promoted to the Finance Directors position back in 1993.  I am a Master Certified Finance Manager trained through the University of Toyota.  I was the First Master Certified Finance Manager in the United States with Toyota.  My staff and I are all Master Certified and we maintain our certification through continued courses offered by the University of Toyota.  Our goal is to offer a customer friendly and informative financial services process.  We want the process to be customer centered and geared towards each of our customers needs.  I am married and have two children.  My family and I enjoy spending time in our Motorhome camping and boating.  One of my favorite things to do is Scrapbooking.

    My name is Debbie Jaynes and I am a Financial Services Manager at Elk Grove Toyota Scion and Elk Grove Kia. I have been with Elk Grove Toyota for over 10 years, of which, the majority of that time has been as a Finance Manager. I am proud to be Master Certified with Toyota Financial Services and Scion Certified.

    It is my sincere desire to treat all my customers as if they were family, in doing so I want all my customers to have an excellent experience with the financing portion of the process as well as the entire buying experience.

    I am fortunate in that not only do I enjoy my job, but also the people I work with. Here at Elk Grove Toyota Scion and Elk Grove Kia we have one primary goal, to uphold the highest standards in ethics and customer satisfaction. After all, without you our customer, I would not have a job.

    Outside of my job, I am married to my amazing husband Craig, have 3 daughters, a step daughter and son, 2 granddaughters and twin grandsons on the way. When I am not at work the only thing I want to do is spend time with my family, they are my world.

    My name is John Thorpe and I am a Finance Manager here at Elk Grove Toyota-Scion.  I started with Elk Grove Toyota-Scion in February 2004.  My first position in the dealership was in the customer service department delivering cars to customers.  I transferred to the sales department as a Sales Representative.  I was then promoted to the Finance Department.  I am a Certified Expert Finance Manager trained through the University of Toyota.

    Hello, my name is Chris Her and I've had the great opportunity to work for Elk Grove Toyota-Scion for 6 years now. There really is not another dealership that I can picture myself working for and I love what I do here. Everyone from the management team to all of the employees are a joy to work with, and I am always having fun. I am a Master Certified Toyota/Scion Finance Manager, and an Expert Certified Toyota/Scion salesperson.

    I spend most of my free time fishing, boating and enjoying the great California weather that we have. What I love doing the most is spending time with my wonderful family and taking care of my precious baby boy Aaron. I am very thankful to have them in my life.

    What I enjoy most about what I do here is meeting and making new friends everyday. I take a lot of pride in what I do here at Elk Grove Toyota-Scion, and excellent customer service is what I strive for. My promise to you is to make your every car-buying experience a very smooth and pleasant one.
