Toyota Camry Leads Way on Cars.com's American-Made Index

Many of the new Toyota models found here at Elk Grove Toyota are manufactured in the United States, built by hard-working Americans out to ensure the vehicles you find at our dealership perform to the best of their abilities. Recently, those efforts were rewarded as Cars.com released its American-Made Index, which ranks vehicle brands made stateside. We're proud to say that not only did the Toyota Camry take home the top spot, but two other Toyota vehicles made the list, the most of any automaker.

The Toyota Camry has been honored by Cars.com for the fourth straight year for its quality build using Toyota parts at its two manufacturing plants in Georgetown, Kentucky and Lafayette, Indiana.

Of course, as is the case with most honors Toyota receives, the Camry wasn't alone on the listing. The Toyota Sienna jumped two places into fourth, being the highest-rated minivan on the list. Rounding out the contingent was the Toyota Tundra as the pickup truck placed seventh overall, also jumping up two spaces from last year. The Sienna and Tundra are manufactured in Princeton, Indiana and San Antonio, Texas respectively.

If you'd like to see for yourself why Cars.com rates the Toyota Camry, Tundra and Sienna so highly in their American-Made Index, stop in to Elk Grove Toyota, serving drivers in the greater Sacramento area, and we'd be more than happy to help. Located at 9640 West Stockton Blvd Elk Grove, CA 95757, we can give you a full listing of specifications and arrange a test drive to give you a better feel for any Toyota sedan, minivan, truck, or SUV that piques your interest.
